Yolliepay (https://pay.yollie.live) is a payment gateway for individuals, merchants and developers. It offers wallets, mobile money collections and payouts, peer-to-peer transfers, payment links, QR payments, and a REST developer API.

- Mobile money: MTN, Airtel (Uganda) plus supported networks in Kenya, Rwanda and DR Congo; USDT via white-label crypto collection and payout
- Fees: 5% per successful transaction (deposits and payouts); failed transactions are free
- Rate limit: 60 requests per minute per API key
- Notes/descriptions: required, minimum 4 characters
- Webhooks signed with HMAC SHA-256; supports Idempotency-Key header
